G had work to do today in Santa Barbara, so I again drug the CRF up to ride the wonderful ridge. Pacific Ocean to the West, and amazing inland scenery to the East. This time my buddy Jason joined in (KenM was home recovering from a bad dirt get-off from a few weeks ago), as did Jason's buddy Brian on his WR450 Yammie.
G & I left in the dark last night, so I wasn't able to see the snow line in transit, nor did the Jason or Brian comment on it either. It was a bit brisk on the deck of SB, so we figured it would be a tad chilly on top, and it was. We expected plenty of melty/mucky run-off, but less then halfway across the ridge was 4+ of snow! Good times with friends... On Any Sunday.
A few shots I took:
It wasn't all snow though...
