Folks, any interest in a plug-and-play PC-V for your '00-Current 15m/15RC Guzzi? Cost is $359.95 USD for the PC-V, and this will accept the AutoTune module ($249.95 USD) which corrects fueling as your ride (essentially a full closed-loop "smart" fueling system) I need 50 units. Vote above, post below.

Aha! I thought you were sold out and I couldn't get one of these systems, so that's why I asked for your help to tweak the Scura before having it dyno'd. If you can do another run, this will be the best solution for me long-term. Many changes coming to the Scura, so it would be nice to be able to custom map on the fly as each phase unfolds. Cool.

What is the anticipated delivery date? And, how is this better than a PC III that has been dyno mapped?

Todd,
If I understand this, the PCIII with autotune eliminates the need for dynolinking, which costs approx the same as the auto tune, and can be used forever, so essentially, you have your own dyno output anytime you want it. If I am close, let me know, or where I am confused set me straight, but this system eliminates the need for a dynolink session which pays for the upgrade????

I won't know a date until I get enough verbal orders, so it's open ended at this point in time. This probably isn't largely better then a PCIIIusb w/dyno-tune, however in addition to being 1/3 of the size, it has a one more tuning column (15% throttle), one that was very much needed. Also, see below...

Correct, every time you turn the key, AutoTune begins correcting... and on the newer bikes, I see hour-to-hour revisions with AutoTune due to temp, altitude, etc. Also big upside is that regardless of what you do to the bike in terms of modifications, AutoTune will fix the fueling. Automatically.

Thanks Wallis & Mike for the vote.

All interested, post below and indicate PC-V and/or AutoTune, and I'll add it to the list below:

1. Wallis - PC-V/AT
2. Mike - PC-V/AT

So your saying that AT corrects fueling on its own without having to hook up to a PC via a USB cable to tell it to update the map? If that is the case, does it still come with software and a USB cable so we can still play around with the mapping?

So if you're building a map from scratch or fine tuning, you'd need to hook up a PC to "Accept Trims" to get the map within decent target range, and then just basically ride and forget about it.
You can pick the target Air/Fuel Ratios yourself, and tinker until your heart is content.

Todd,
I guess it would be safe to assume that a 02 sensor would be included with this package? And if so, could the 02 sensor be placed in the H pipe. I sure would hate to have to weld on my header pipe. But it does seem like you would get a more consistent 02 reading from a header pipe then the H pipe where the gasses would swirl together as they meet from each cylinder. Thoughts?

The AutoTune comes with a "bung" for the included wide-band Bosch 02-sensor, yes. As always, a combined mix does an amazing job of correction, but it is in the works (for those of you who are retentive as I and a few others) to release a dual AutoTune option - this is currently being offered for HD's for $369.99 (two AutoTune modules & sensors). This option should be available by the time I get to 50 orders.

I'm interested Todd, PC-V and AT.
Thanks for the vote and confirmation post Waz, I have you down now.

I'm interested in the tune on the fly pcV for my 01 V11S - keep me informed thanks Matt

Todd;
Very interested, if the PC-V and auto-tune will work on m '03 EV. Would also up-grade to dual auto-tune unit if available.
QUESTION...would this unit be somethig that could be [stupid] owner installed, or would it require a specialist to do the install and initial set-up?

Don

Thanks Matt, and Don... the PC-V unit would be one plug to the ECU (no splicing), just like the older units. The AutoTune is quite simple as well, outside of the fact that a 02-sensor bung would have to be welded into the exhaust of the older bikes, as they did not come with the proper size (M10x1.25) bung(s). AutoTune includes one bung currently and I'm sure would include two for the dual unit. Other questions?

You can put me down for a PCV with AT. The Ballabio really could use the benefit of it changing fueling in the high heat and humidity.

Not being a CA bike, I don't have an O2 sensor in the crossover pipe, but my Mistral does have the plug for it. Will the AT plug into that hole?
