We have decided to sell our 14' California 1400 touring pearl white with top case and 21K miles in mint condition - gps mount - 3 chipped keys - user code etc . Our plans for two up touring have changed. my question: though I know what I have in it. I am attempting to determine a fair market value. Any input appreciated. I hope I am posting this in the correct forum area.

You can put feelers out here for pricing, but you cannot list or sell it in this section. It must go in the Classifieds (for site contributor posts only).

I think $7,500 is rather low. Granted, you are battling a limited market share so limited demand levels will affect pricing.

However, condition is everything.

If it is mint condition or close to it, with your top case, I would ask at least $9,500.

If it is very good condition, $8,750.

If it is good condition, $8,000.

If it is average condition, $7,500.

I think these are a little more realistic than $7,500.

Good luck with your sale!

My first Cali 1400 I bought in 8/21. Bike had 8900 mile on it. Owner was asking $8500.00 but moving to Dubai in two weeks and had to move it and I was the only guy to show up, I asked him for his best price and got it for $7,200.00.( bike needed battery and new windshield ) My second Cali 1400 I just bought in 9/22 had 6900 miles on it and I came home with it for $8,000.00,( bike needed nothing ) plus the $300.00 expenses to go get it. So at $7,500.00 price range I'm sure it will move fairly quick. Foothills 1 Black guzzi profile

With those accessories and the market here in Mid-West I have seen from $8,500 to $10,000. I have a 2014 and it's my favorite bike ever. So I tend to watch for sales postings.

Are you looking at getting another bike or that’s it…
You have three listed, so seeing what you could trade it for might not be or interest to you ?
thank you and sorry for the late reply. Life has been full. To answer your question it did occur to me the possibility of a trade. Just uncertain as there are a number of factors.

Thank you for your input. I am considering posting it here and with the top case and with the new clearview tall/wide shield which is being shipped to me in the next couple days I feel it could be a good value

Thank you. Yes I also felt that 7500 was a little low. I will try to formulate a reasonable starting point and post it in the classifieds
