Question About LED's

Awesome info.
I just ordered the driving light from superbright and the Cyclops from Todd. Would love to get the signal lights as well, but at over $60 each in Canada that is a bit much today.

I can totally understand. Both front and rear came up to $100 for me, which was tough to swallow. But it is either this or wire up a relay/resistor. If you find something else that is cheaper, do share!

I corrected my post, upon further view I see that the cost is per pair. That I can handle. Just have to find a supplier with stock in Canada, or who will ship to Canada.
Edit: found direct order from Inertia $50 per pair and no shipping. Ordered, Woo Hoo.

For DRL up front : 921-WHP10-TL: Cool White of Superbrightleds.com - I reinforce the metal housing to plastic base connection with electrical tape since the bulb is mounted horizontally, lotsa vibration and not enough adhesive from the factory, and the led portion separated from the base.
I just installed this light. WOW, very, very bright. Great find, thanks for suggesting it.

Awesome - the drl is almost as bright as the stock headlight itself. Be sure to keep a close eye because on mine, the metal housing separated from the plastic base within weeks due to vibration. I put it back together with lots of electrical tape and has been trouble-free since.

The metal housing and the plastic base of the bulb itself?
