Anyone know of an off-the-shelf fuse block I can adapt to a V7 Sport? I would prefer modern blade-type fuses. The one we have is about half-melted and I hate those little ceramic fuses (which also cause issues on my 82 Le Car).

TIA

On eBay now (January 2011) there is an CEV fuze-box almost identical to the original V7 Sport.

This one is black and the one for V7 Sport is grey. The pins have different connection on the back side - but this you can live with.

eBay article number to search for is: 160528500178

Thanks. I'll check it out, but I already purchased one of these:

I think I want to get away from those ceramic fuses.

I'm using one the same(Narva brand that looks identical) on a T3 and I would prefer something a little better as they are very lightly constructed. The spade lugs are very thin folded tinned copper. Very soft Be aware that the spade lugs on the fuse block are very close to the base and have little or no clearance if you mount it flat on a metal base. I 'm packing mine out with some thick plastic sheet as i noticed it just a few days ago. Also there is a variant I have seen on a UK site that uses the spade connection through the base (fire wall use) Its been in use for a year now and has been easy to use.
