Hello Guzzi Riders,
I'm the guy that's building a Guzzi Car in San Diego. I've heard interest in seeing the car and was wondering if an open house Nov. 14th would interest anyone?

Kurt, I'd be interested. Nothing on the calendar for Nov. 14th for me right now. Perhaps we could combine it and ALdad's BBQ get-together.

I'm flexable to combine activities with ALdad's BBQ or whatever else. His ride is Oct 24th. That's not a good day for me. May I suggest perhaps visiting Sonny Angel's Motor Cycle Shop in National City. He won't be around forever. Another idea would be to go to Little Italy in San Diego with all the Guzzi's for lunch or dinner. I know many riders don't come to San Diego much so whatever you want to do.

Actually it's not the 24th now, he's saying November. Keep an eye out there too, and let's see what we can string together. Would be great to get everyone together (again), especially the few fine folks from San D. Most everyone seems to be MIA these days.

Hello,
I'm not seeing much activity on this subject. I'm not sure how many people will show up. So I'll just keep it simple for now and keep the inventation open and see what happens. For the sake of organization I'll say that the open house will be from 8 to 5 Sat. Nov. 14. Actually I'm flexable, but a time needs to be set. My address is:

11161 Nalco St.
San Diego, Ca. 92126

Hm. (858)536-9998
Cell (858) 688-0296

I am located about 12 miles North of downtown San Diego in a town call Mira Mesa. My house is almost exactly between the 5 and 15 freeways. I'm about 2 miles from each. So both routes are equally fine.

If anyone is interested in staying in San Diego for the week end please let me know and I'll see what can be arranged.
I hope to see many Guzzis. Spread the word.
Kurt

Kurt, let's see if Alan chimes in here, hopefully he can set the same date... I'll pencil in the 14th on my end to come see you.

The 14th may be good for a combo event. I am part of a new study group for work that meets every Month. With Thanksgiving I am not sure of the date in Nov. If no conflict, it's a go. I should know this week and post. Cheer!!

Crap! Responsibilitys, and the realitys of others, seem to always interfere with my fun and fantasy. The 14th is out for me. Maybe Dec 5 ?

Hey, Alan,

If you do have a conflict on the 14th-15th, and the 21st-22nd does work for you, that would be ideal for me-- I'll be in Vegas on the 14th-15th. I'd hate to miss out, but well, you know how it is.

Hey Kurt, Would Sat. Nov. 21 work to see your project. I could do the BBQ that day or Sun, but I would prefer Sat. Who's up for that WKND?

Kurt says no for the guzzi car viewing on the 21-22. I think will try the BBQ after Xmas.

Hope to see some Guzzis and buds at Kurts on Saturday the 14th. Kurt says he`ll be open from 8 am until about 5 in the afternoon. I`m not racing at El Mirage this weekend, so will be there around 11am give or take. His car is a pretty cool project and very well engineered. Ciao 4 now , Bill R.

Was really hoping this was going to be pushed back to a little later date, as I already had plans for the 14th. Hopefully you will offer to do this again? Sounds like a few of us would like to see your project, but the date didn't work out.
