Thing is that the design of the pins on the side panels leaves a lot to be desired in the durability stakes, every time I took em off I had heart palpatations thinking that this would be the time that one would break and cost a motsa to fix or shock horror might be six months waiting for the slow boat fom Italy to arrive with the part on board..
So I devised a quick fix.
Firstly when removing the side panels I always am VERY careful, and put a finger behind the pin to ease it out of the grommet - like this.
