Sidecar beauty

I was referring to the earlier 2 pictures 'Scott' ( which you mentioned you didn't recognize ). I know,
I'm off topic :) . Peter

I remember the Jawa had a right hand kickstarter that, when you were done starting the bike, flipped forward and locked into position as a shift lever. Pure genius; only one spare required!

Is it possible , the red one is a Jawa ? Peter
looking around, trying to find something similar.
One look of the JAWA’s had wings on either side of the emblem but Not all.

Some of the older models also seemed to have the headlight assembly as part of the forks.

Not a boat tail but a knife point !

In response to 'Deadeye' , I had no idea Jawa made 4 stroke engines . I only remember
their ads from years ago with a woman on (or beside) the 2 stroke motorcycle . Memory
is a fading sense :( . Peter

I had a Dnepr with sidecar for a long time..
the Russians already blew up the Dnepr factory years ago... the bike it was a bad copy of the Ural which was a copy of the BMW while they still use the same tooling as BMW did back then and dismantled after second world war and took them ....
From Germany to Italy I usually had to change three or four spokes on my rear wheel... just having fun around the turns... got pretty good that could change a spoke on the rear in about five minutes
