Slip-on question for 21 V85TT

Agostini shows two slip-ons for the V85TT, AMV85TTON, and the same number only "E5" for Euro 5. I assume Mistral, Arrow, and others offer the same as well. My "guess' is the regular versions comply with E4 noise with the DB killer in and the E5 versions comply with E5 noise with DB killer in. I have no intention of removing the headers with cat and re-mapping my ECM, just the slip-on for a little throatier sound and to save a few pounds. Would you order a E4 version or the new E5 version and just remove the DB killer?
