Small transmission fluid leak

Rode my bike back from the first service and noticed oil on the rear wheel when I got home. Didn't think anything of it at first for some reason. Then recently I noticed a tiny bit more (this is about a month later). I realized that It must be some sort of leak because it's on the wheel not the tire. Gonna check the torque on the bolts and the oil level. Maybe it's a seal issue? Not much coming out but was wondering if anyone had any insight if this could cause further, more complicated problems? Thanks.
 
Check the joint between the bevel box and swing arm. After that it could be one of the seals in the bevel box. Oil moves in strange ways when riding. If all looks good in those locations, it may be coming down the swing arm to the wheel so check further forward if necessary. Most common cause of leaks is over filling.
