I was getting ready to lace up my front rim on my 850T when I noticed the problem with some of my spokes. I purchased the spokes as a kit and assumed everything was good ( or so I thought ) a few months ago, so like an idiot I never really looked at them that close until now. One spoke was too big while one spoke had no shoulder at all and one had the slight appearance of having shoulder, see picture below. I became curious to see How much stainless steel were in the spokes as I too assumed they all were. A few I could pick up with a magnet some I could not while others the magnet hardly pick up at all. The amount of stainless in the spokes varied widely . I understand about the difference in alloys used to manufacture the spokes but the difference here is a lot.
