Searched the "Hall of Knowledge" and couldn't find anything pertaining to this:
2013 Stelvio NTX:
Finally had one of the graphite exhaust gaskets blow out recently.
So while I'm repairing that, I'm also replacing my OEM exhaust system with another OEM exhaust that I had "Jet-Hot" coated.
I'm struggling with removing the rubber isolater/hanger from one mid pipe section so I can insert into the Jet-Hotted one.
I though it would simply "drive out", but haven't had any luck with that.
So I looked it up on the parts fiche and it's just a simple line drawing with NO detail.
Have any of you folks removed that rubber from the midpipe before? If so, how?
And while I'm here .................. I'm really struggling sourcing and getting Stelvio parts. It's routine that I place an order (for a lot of what I consider "consumables") and the parts are as delayed as 6-8 months out. Unfortunately, it's taking much of the joy out of the bike ownership for me. I just ordered 6 of the flanged bolts that hold the rear brake rotor and they're supposedly not available until this winter? I'm finding this way too common of a story. And in this day and age, that's sorta hard for me to wrap my head around.
When you guys NEED to get parts to get a bike back on the road, where do you turn to?
Are there European dealers/suppliers that keep more stock on hand?
I won't mind paying international shipping because otherwise I end up with a bike that I can't ride.

Thanks for the help and advice all.
Hope everyone is having a good summer of throttle therapy!
