Hi guys,
I have problem with my stelvio. I was riding and I've heard a sound while changing a gear and since that my clutch lever is spungy and when I try to put in gear the engine either stalls or I am gringing gears. I replaced fluid and bled the air but still the same. Any suggestions where to look next? No leaks visible.
Sorry if this topic was brought up before, I could not find it.

The next step is to pull it apart and inspect, not what you want to hear, I know. I replaced one w/same yr & mileage, it came apart, springs got jammed in the mess. Same symptoms. The fix is a Cali14 clutch like the late Stelvio's have. Clutch2

Yeah, I figured it waits for me to take it apart LOL. Dealers prices for the whole job are beyond crazy here in Czech republic. I gonna do it myself.
What do you mean by "The fix is a Cali14 clutch like the late Stelvio's have." ?
What part did you end up replacing?

I changed all of it, clutch complete, although might not have needed the ring gear. If you order everything it comes in the kit.
RE: Checked Pt # it all supersedes to the Cali14 clutch #2A000107

Steve,

I suffered a broken clutch spring on my 2012 Stelvio with 20,000 miles. What a horrible sound! Have the transmission off and am looking at options. Where did you buy the Cali14 clutch kit from? cost? any unique tools needed?

Niko,
you really do not need any special Guzzi tool, unless you are replacing the whle clutch assembly. Which is IMHO great waste of money. And even than you can ask some local machinist to make it for you. It is just a centre tool and no rocket science :)

If by the clutch spring you mean spring in the clutch plate, just replace the plate. You can get it from ebay, I bought it from local dealer because it was cheaper and faster. But in your case it will be the other way around I guess. It was 100 USD.

For assembly you will need torque wrench and Loctite 243
