So I'm the proud owner of a slightly used '14 Custom and not the biggest fan of floorboards.

The dealer is going to wait until he gets the service diagrams on the Audace to see if it's an easy swap (would think it will be) but has anyone swapped the floor boards yet, Audace or aftermkt?

You may think about waiting a bit. I wasn't too sure about the floorboards myself, but after a few rides they've grown on me. The heel/toe shifter is even designed correctly (unlike the Harley ones I've tried ) so you can move your feet around on the boards during longer rides.

No issue with them on a 1 hr test ride but for me it's more about the look and I don't do long rides ... Haven't yet anyway.

Doubt the dealer can do anything yet anyway so expect I'll be riding with the floorboards regardless.

Thx for chiming in PRGuzzi.

Since the Audace hasn't really landed here, doubt anyone's been able to tackle that one yet... But yes, should be do-able but would require ordering the lower frame rails and all associated pegs, peg brackets and related parts, which will likely add up to big $ quickly. We shall see I guess.
It's not the floorboards for me, it's more their positing of being too far forward.

I hope they are available someday. I'm like Guzzi Lou. I don't like them at all. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal to get used to, but on a long ride they're very tiring and they are too far forward.
If they were under you like my ole Griso, I'd be the happiest cat in town.

I wouldn't want them that far back Dropinparts but it is cool to heel shift ... never done that but I'll call my dealer when the Audace hits town here in Canada.
