Anyone find a tail bag that works OK with the bracket hanging out the back? Still hesitant to spring for a big/hard top case when all I really need/want at this time is a tail bag to strap or bungee on. Thx!

I've been very happy with this job from T-Bags. Perfect size for the back rack, semi-rigid build never flops around, black with reflective red piping looks sharp. It has built-in straps and great bungee points but after installing a Givi rack on the back, I modified the bag to use the same bump as the Givi bag. Now I keep this little bag on all the time, except when I need the extra space of the Givi top case.

Excellent BT... Thanks for the images and link! Placed an order. Much appreciated.

I'm chimeing in here, a few days late although just returned from a european motorcycle meet up in Maine and had a blast on the bike.

Moto Guzzi sells a tail bag designed for the 1200 Sport that fits perfectly on our rear rack. It comes with shoulder strap, rain cover, top zippered pocket and it expands as well. I found it while I was on the west coast at a Guzzi Dealership. It even has an official Moto Guzzi Accessories plackard on it.

I'm down in NY on business now, but will take some pictures over the next weekend and hopefully Todd can post them.....I've been promissing him pictures forever so I'll make it this weekends project.

Until then, hold your grin and enjoy the ride.

I had just seen this Givi bag in a shop a couple of days ago.

Since I often ride two up, I could use the extra storage space.

I bought the original 1200S tailbag with the bike two years ago. It's done pretty much all of the 28.000Km the bike has. Zero problems except that I lost the rain cover :p

It's a very nice and sturdy unit and it holds quite a few things inside when used extended.
