PA for now
Hello again,
Being cool to cold here in PA I didn't d=get a chance to go testing my Griso out since isolating the stepper motor form the throttle body loop, I however have fired up the bike as mentioned prior the idle is down from 3000 to 1500 to 1700rpm.
The bit high idle I am now trying to get down to 1100. I am able to get it to idle down if I push the sync bar to the throttle bodies to the right, this brings the idle down to 1100 rpm. My thought, now I could be incorrect but it seems as if the TPS needs to be reset. Any ideas or knowledge is as usual very much appreciated.

Thank you

Seems more like a mechanical problem. If you can push the linkage to get the idle down, I'd say the opening cable needs slack. Also check for any binding in the throttle linkage.

Put a little slack in the cable then verify the syncronization. If the TPS value (by axone or VDSTS) isn't correct, then reset the tps.

Rode the Griso for over 130 miles today for the first time since the weather broke for us here in central PA. Bike ran fantastic, strong through the entire rpm 's great torque rev's quicker.
The only item I had noticed was that the engine at idle will fluctuate a bit from 1100rpm up to 1500 but will return and do it all over again. Adjusted the throttle cables, next step is the Axone
Is this a TPS problem?

Thanks guys.

Doug
