Hi Sietsemai,
This posting is of my tow bar project. I have had the trailer for about 15 years and gone with 3 different m/cycles, XJ900 Diversion, California EV80 (110,000km mostly towing trailer) and now the Cali 1400. I built a tow bar for each bike. This one is completely made of stainless steel, thick walled tube for the main part and brackets for strength. It has been made without any mods or drilled holes on the bike, it can be removed without left over issues. This is all my own hobby work. I have posted limited photos, if you require any further info, I can help.
It all tows very well, except for the low down surge and that's why I have opted for Todd's fueling upgrade, looking forward to it.

Regards, CaliVic (Victor).

I've asked Victor is he'd like to produce some to sell here on the site, but for anyone interested here in the States, I can build one similar, but In black or chrome powder-coat. Contact me direct if interested; Info at GuzziTech.com
