V Performance mufflers

Image Image My "long suffering" wife of thirty five years treated me to an early sixtieth birthday present, a pair of V Performance mufflers.
Why V Performance ? The simple answer, style, price, homologation and the fact they are GT-Rx endorsed. I had previously emailed Agostini's to ask if any of their offerings were homologated or indeed if they would be in the future but received no response so immediately they were out the equation. Not particularly keen on the style anyway.
Love the look of the Mistrals but a bit flimsy IMHO, again not homologated.
If I lived "that side" of the pond, Todd's offerings would be a no brainer certainly in terms of price, quality and the warranty offered, but living here in Spain I am too long in the tooth to run the gauntlet with the constabulary and didn't want to refit the original mufflers at every annual inspection.
Total fitment time was less than two hours including removal of the original units. I don't intend to remove the db killers as they are plenty loud enough (for me), but will be contacting Todd in the next few days in order for him to work his magic with the Power Commander (Gt-Rx fuelling kit) mapping. The air box has already been modified and BMC filter fitted.
Other mods include front and rear suspension replaced with Matris units, fork leg lowers powder coated black, Audace black injector covers and LED running lights.
A big thanks to Todd for his advice, support and guidance.

She's a keeper! (The wife and the bike).

Very welcome, and map sent. I'll be watching there.

She's a good one and so is mine of 30 years. She endorsed me buying my Norge last year and 9 years ago bought me my Yamaha YZ250.
I unintentionally tricked her on that one. I said I had to get one before they stopped making 250 2-strokes for good. Turns out Yamaha, KTM and a few others are still making them.

Fortunately living where I do we don’t get a lot of rain and the island is very clean. Believe me it’s not just show and no go, 7A51EBFF FA69 4ABB 97E3 02A8D044FEDB I am out most weekends.
