Hi,
I have just taken a few bits off my V35 MK2 (1979) over winter to tidy it up a bit. Anyway I have accidentally pulled out some cables and don't know which way they go back. Also I have bit of a problem with wiring diagrams (lol).
Anyone know in plain english what order the 4 wires go back into the ignition switch and also which order the 4 wires go into the the back of the headlamp shell??
Any help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks
Halfhand

Have you tried using Carl's diagrams in the Tech section? They don't get any better than those. If it is the diagram you need, there are two red wires at the ignition switch. One is supplied power and one is switched power. Be sure not to confuse them. Hopefully you can see the numbers on the switch back to put the wires in the correct position.

Hi John,
Many thanks for the info. I will have a look when I get home tonight. I didn't see any numbers on the ignition, I guess I will have to remove the switch to see them properly - maybe that will then make Carl's diagrams make more sense!
Kind Regards
Bob

Checked the wiring diagrams. Looks like my V35 II has the same wiring as the v50 diagram rather than the V35. Now that's clarified was able to tie the wiring up perfectly. Thanks for your advice.
