I bought a v50 1980 with small end rattle, now find the small end bush is available but not the piston pin so still have an unacceptable rattle. I've tried all the main suppliers inc Teo L. Anyone got one sitting on a shelf? long shot 2... know of another bike running the same size pin?

this will kill off a lot of bikes as they wear out, they're too good to scrap or break.

You may try Valassi in Mandello.

They are dealing in vintage MGs only. But you need to speak Italian - nobody in the shop speaks English.
And there are no internet site either. But they got a fax & a phone. :D

Thanks, I find big end shells available from Stein - dinse, and piston pin from www.weypin.co.uk who manufacture from scratch for £20 each. They are to relocate to Austria in August and will not do small volume stuff from then, get your order in now if you have a V50!
