In the US or Canada, Russell "Day Long" Seats in Northern California are far and away the best. They are rather expensive, but I have two of them and they were worth every penny. Totally transformed the bikes they are on. They will build their seat onto your OEM seat pan and when a customer's build date draws near, you send them your seat and the turnaround is about 2 weeks. Russells require the customer to complete a questionnaire re height, weight, etc, plus photos of the customer on his bike, with feet both on the footrests and on the ground "wearing light-colored trousers".
