I got a set of GIVI roll top dry bags and supports supports that are specific to the new V7. What is cool is that they appear to support any soft bag with a little creativity in keepingthe bag off the tire. Better, the 'brackets' install and remove in seconds. Forgive my photo quality.

Here are the 'destruction' sheets/part #s. The cheapest source that I could find was out of Italy on eBay, and pay the shipping. A couple things that I found are that you need a T40 to remove the bolts. I carefully used a pencil torch to the center of the bolt head to soften the lock tight. I used a T30 to put the new screws(bolts) in and having sheared many torx bits and broken bolts, was carefully about over tightening. The bracket attached with a #4 allen, vice a #5. My 3/8" torque didn't even come close to the 9nm/75"lbs area, starting at 120"lbs, so I hand tightened, feeling the allen flex slightly, and gave just about 1/8th with the wrench on the nut behind.
I also found the attachment straps on the bag a little short, but figure I'll make another set that adjusts...
I hope this helps a little for anybody else embarking on the project. I think it's a terrific setup for someone that wants occasional use of bags without the permanence of brackets, combined with versatility, to include the option of single side as desired.
