Hey Guys,

I've just moved to a place that doesn't have a garage and am looking for a decent bike cover to keep the salt air at bay.

Any recommendations? Hopefully something that isn't going to melt on to my agostinis!

Cheers

Try Oxford products, they make a good range of covers for all applications, sportsbikeshop.co.uk normally carry the full range if you can't find a local stockist.

I've been using Geza Gear covers for years. They are fantastic.

Since I have the bike in a parking garage, I get the lighter duty version.
Racer is under a small Sport-Classic series cover.

(Oh yeah: It's best to pay for the fast shipping option if you order one. They can be quite slow to deliver otherwise. The covers are so good I forgive them. :) )

I see you're in Oz. I just use the el cheapos at Supercheaps. They're waterproof, cheap, last for years and I've never melted one onto an exhaust.

No matter how good the cover salt air will get to the bike. Covering will trap moisture and speed up the corrosion process especially if the sun hits the cover and heats the air under the cover.

Nelson-Riggs has a few different options for pretty cheap. I use their lowest end model as I'm almost solely in a garage, but their higher end models should work better outside. Their customer service was fantastic when my first one ripped

No issue with the cover melting to the pipes, but look out for the grommets on any cover you get. If they are plastic you could end up with pipes that look like mine :(
