Hi all,

Just bought a V7 iii stone and looking to customize it to my personal taste very shortly here.

I've been doing some exhaust shopping and having a hard time finding systems that I like for the bike

I've noticed there's a lot of good stuff available for the V7 ii that I like (like the unit garage system!) and I was curious if there's any compatibility between the 2 models? I know the motor is a bit different but it's still a 750 and largely it looks very similar, but I don't know!

Does anyone have any experience with parts that can be changed between the two? Makes mod shopping easier

Thanks!

Sal

Sal, congrats on the new V7. Hope you'll add your info to the Registry in this section.

Curious as to if you looked on the online Store on this site yet? I custom build exhaust systems.
The V7 II & III are very far apart, especially at the cylinder head, so no, nothing will easily fit. Hope that helps.

Hi Todd!

Thanks for the information about the exhaust. You mentioned you make custom exhaust, do you do one off projects? I haven't been in love with anything I've seen that's available to buy off the shelf, but if it makes sense I'd like to have something made.

I bought this bike with my shop to do a guzzi build (currently we design and manufacture parts for the BMW R nineT) because it's a bike we really like and feel like its a bit of an under-served market!

Would it be possible for you to make an exhaust that's similar to the Unit garage unit for the V7 ii? Kind of like the stronello Unit as well, the double high pipes.
