Hello Everyone,

I am looking for some advice on headlight bucket replacement for my V7 III Racer, I was getting ready to ride recently and when moving the handlebars the headlight fell right out of the housing along with a ton of plastic shards. Upon closer inspection it looks like the screw that holds the outer ring on from the bottom was far too tight and cracked. Once that section gave way due to vibration a giant crack formed on the bottom of the headlight bucket. I'm just glad it didn't fall apart while I was riding.

I ordered a replacement stock headlight assembly but the estimated timeframe is 8-12 weeks.

The Motodemic headlight requires the brackets and the turn signals to be changed.

I am not experienced in any way regarding these things. Does anyone have a recommendation regarding options that would fit in the stock brackets?

I see Baak has some available but would they work with stock brackets/turn signals?

Hi Justin, thanks for posting and bummer on the headlight bucket. Since they have eccentric mounts, you are very limited in replacement options as to plug and play, unless you buy the brackets too of course. Most all options you link to on their site are over-priced resale items, that I can get too. I don't stock 1/1000 of the items I can get, as I prefer to list all of the items on my online Store as things that are true upgrades; https://www.guzzitech.com/store/category/electronics/led/
I can likely get the stock bucket in a few weeks for you if you prefer. Contact me direct email; Todd at GuzziTech.com
