Hi everyone,

I’m new to Moto Guzzi and this forum - recently got a V7 III Racer and quite excited about it. I’m wondering whether any V7 III owners have found a good rear stand to work on their bike. Didn’t see one in the store here, so I contacted Pit Bull - their V7 stand doesn’t work unless you modify the bike. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks!

The Pit Bull stand will work if you remove the EVAP canister (recommended anyways; it can cause problems).

The Abbas Superbike Stand works for the V7III with the Ducati 1200 Multistrada fitment kit. I had one of these stands and bought the fitment kit; it works fine with Racer although the foot pegs are a little tight. You can use a jack with a wooden block under the engine and service both wheels with this stand. (Probably the same for the Pit Bull.)

Hepco-Becker sells a centerstand kit as well. I believe it's listed in the GuzziTech.com Store.

Thank you! That’s very helpful.

Actually one reason I wanted to find a rear stand was to make centerstand installation easier...
