V7 Registry & Picture thread -- ADD YOUR BIKE

My V7-850 at Ft. Scott Kansas today.

Nice luggage set up there!
I suspect that you are jesting. However, on the outside chance that you are serious, They are Ortlib Moto panniers, which are no longer made, and an Ortlib-style dry bag. I will be gone for a few weeks, the reason I seem so over-packed. Always on the bike are the tail box and a set of shopping baskets that are between the panniers and the bike.

No, I was completely serious. I have had plenty of hard luggage mounted on bikes (and still do on my California 1400). Waterproof strap down/throw over luggage feels more like touring to me. I think my feeling for that is when I get packed for a long tour I end up with stuff lashed on top of hard luggage anyway! Your setup totally vibes with the V7, if you get my meaning. Thank you for the details.

Congrats Nick! Thanks for the photo of you and the bike! Love to get your VIN# and related for the first post of this thread. Enjoy the bike!
