Just for reference, the weight of my 1200 Sport is 226.5kgs with 1/4 tank of fuel, which is almost exactly 500 lbs. It probably still had 6+ litres in the tank so the dry weight would be somewhere around 222 which is the same as the Griso.
To weight it, I used bath scales and got 114 on the front and 117 on the rear. The timber used to protect the bath scales was 2.25kg (measured using the kitchen scales which are very accurate). By comparison I am 109 kgs on those scales which is about right.
My bike is a 2007 Sport with no weight saving changes except an SSD LYPO battery. It has the original pipe, although slightly modified, and has as new Pilot Road 3 tyres so no weight gains there either.
