Where to get a users manual for V7 Stone 2021 model

Hi everyone,
First time here. I have been trying to download a users manual for 850cc V7 Stone. When I enter the ViN number on the guzzi website to download the PDF it gives me an error code. Tried getting in touch with the customer care team but received no answer.

Also trying to find out when to get the second service done, as both my mechanic and the guzzi dealership says different. One says its at 3000miles the other says 6000miles. Any advice on that?
