G'day all . I'm new here and I have a question .. I have a 98 1100 California which I have been modding to create a cafe style bike .. Just wanting know if the v7 or any other tanks will fit the tonti frame or are all the frames the same .. Also where's the fuel tap on the v7 tanks ? I don't see any .. Cheers all

Which tank will fit a California

The big problem is the horn for the airbox. The middle of the tank is dished so high only the EV series tank will fit. A fuel injected Cal III tank will fit if you modify the airbox setup, or use the CA III airbox. The fuel tap is in the same position and has the necessary fittings for the injection system. Also the CA III tank would give you a larger fuel capacity. There isn't a fuel tap on the V7 tanks as the fuel pump is internal.
