Yay!! Post Covid 19 Lockdown First Ride

Thanks, Scott. It has been a really special weekend and we've been lucky that the weather has been good enough to ride. The past 7 weeks of 'lockdown' have seen some of the best and driest Spring weather we've ever had in England, which has added to the frustration at not being able to ride for pleasure and go where ever you choose. A lot of places such as cafes etc. are still closed of course but as long as there's petrol stations open, we're sorted. Judging by the amount of large capacity motorcycles on the roads this weekend a lot of fellow enthusiasts were eager to get out and about again.

I was lucky to be able to get my V85 serviced (6,000 mile) during the lockdown and it's now good to go for the rest of this year. The new 7621GA15 map (for Eu & World) that was downloaded at the service has certainly given the bike more 'umph' at low to midrange revs. I'm very pleased with the transformation.
