Hi all,
First post on electrical charging problem with my recently acquired NTX350. Bike is in good condition and starts OK but charging warning light stays on.
I am new to this type of charging system ( my 1988 Tenere XT600 3AJ uses permanent magnets).
I have attached the relevant part of the...
OK. Yes you're right a V85TT makes for a very nice all around bike including traveling longer distance on. I have the version with top load metal panniers and when I add a dry bag and small tent on the back seat/rack it's everything I need. Enough power, great carrying capacity, tubeless tires...
For me, the Breva 750 was the pinnacle of the fuel injected small block range. The 17” wheels made it nimble, balanced and quick on direction changes compared to later models. Fast enough to tour and feisty enough to scratch around passes and canyons. The twin throttle bodies delivered smooth...
I've had this bike almost three months. I've been fortunate to be able to ride it in hot and heavy Nashville, TN traffic, the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and 8 days in Texas Hill Country. It's been through hot temps, raging thunderstorms, and near freezing temps. I'm happy to say that the bike has...
Hello, new member but still not a Moto Guzzi owner. I'm of model year '72, living in the southernmost part of Sweden. Please pardon my english, I hope this post will be readable.
I started riding again about 3 years ago, after a 30+ years break. Back then when I was 16, it was two-stroke 125's...
Hi Friends,
Looking for some suggestions on where to troubleshoot a fuel problem before I take it to the mechanic.
Have a V7 II Stone. 2016 - 45000km
Just recently started having fuel problems, like the bike is not getting enough fuel when accelerating.
Starts fine from cold, but warming up it’s...
Welcome to the GT Forum Rob. The Stori will be a revered model, as very few were made. It’s a retro classic for sure. If you land it, hope you’ll add it to our Registry page in the V7 section, and be sure to see the (GTM) STORE link at the top of every page. One thing we offer will start you off...
Hi,
Seriously considering the purchase of a 2016 Stornello. Ridden/owned most brands, but never a Moto Guzzi. Really love the look of the Stornello and I’m at a stage in life where raw power isn’t the draw that it used to be.
Now to do a deep dive into this forum for...
I did the 18000 mile maintenance on my 2013 California 1400 Custom. I took the battery out to access the air filter to clean and reoil the K&N filter. Once that was all done I reconnected the battery and the fuel pump started running. No key in the ignition. No apparent power to the dash either...
In the end I purchased the Piaggio MP3 grip 2s000121 for my Norge for €107. The resistance value of the old ones is 10ohm so I don't know if the power is the same as the new ones because I forgot to measure them and now it's a bit complicated because the connectors are under the fuel tank and...
It is another beautiful day in the sunshine. Which means another day of hearing that rumble and feeling that power out on the tarmac.
My 2023 V7 Special Edition lives for these moments…
Enjoy every moment these beautiful machines give us, everyone!

after some more thinking.... It may have been the fuel pump relay. But when I removed the relay there was no power to the starter. I will look again later this week. Bike is not a my house. Do you have a picture of the location?
I have had my exhaust mods and upmap installed since last June. The bike ran beautifully, until Christmas when it developed a cold starting issue... It took between 3-6 attempts of the starter to get the bike running which each attempt it run for a little longer until it warmed up a little.. But...
Took her out again today to verify everything is in working order. Doing a little “Shake Down Cruise” before launching off to the first one of the year, Mutton Run and Cheese Curd Chase with @Bill Hagan et al. She is running like a complete dream.
I must be getting older because I actually...

Thanks Todd. I did search a lot before posting. But I just searched again and found a thread I had missed. For anyone in the same boat here is the specific location.

Ah, yes, you would’ve had great experiences with all of those. I’ve owned three, and still own two 1100s. My Jackal link below..
The new V7s are very evolved. Not big power, and thankfully no VVT yet, but with terrible suspension. Otherwise quite good. We have good upgrades on the STORE tab...
