Fitted new tyres today,the MT60 are no longer available, so I went for the MT90 back and front,
Much better with new rubber on, I can feel the difference, they were about ten years old,so they were well past their best :laugh:

Yes please we'd like to come live in oz, we did 6 weeks over there in 2000 we should have stayed there , love your country and the people were fantastic, hired a Harley and rode around Aeres Rock,amazing(sorry about spelling of Aires rock.

Took the rear side panels off to fit my optimate charger lead, bl%%DY HELL , The battery is enormous, must be as big as my car battery, very easy to get out and top up when needed...

I think the 750 is ok two up,mine is!!!
The front wheel can be changed to a 21 inch if thats what you want,some of the panels are different and the front screen is a larger item.oh and the seat is two seperate items

It's really nice, did about 60 miles mostly on country lanes, very impressed with it, love the engine and chassis, think the tyres are a bit old, will put new rubber on next week .

I was in the Peak district on Saturday, went over to the Cat and Fiddle, on to Buxton, Bakewell, Monyash,Hartington, Matlock Bath, Derby then on the A50 back to home , some of the best biking roads in the country B) Cheers G
Hi Pete, I reset the tappets a few days ago, about 300 miles after the recall was done, I also noticed the end float in the rocker shafts mine are also about 1m/m, thought at the time it could make for a noisy top end, I'll mention it to my dealer, and see what he has to say,regards G
