It amazes me that my experience with different dealers that carry Guzzi are walkng away from thousands of dollars in sales because of a lack of training of their staff. I am lucky that there is a dealer in my town but that does not mean they can solve my problems or locate accessories in a timely manner. Moto Guzzi does not help in trying to assist their dealers either but here is one story. I wanted a tail pack that is on the moto guzzi web site for the Griso. The local dealer can not even find it on the company web site. I call the next dealer that is about two hours away and they tell me that the tail bag is not being shipped here any more because of the Euro. The supplier isn't making the bag. I call the next dealer about five hours away. I tell him the story of the two previous dealer. Within minutes , he said the tail bag is in country and can be here in three days. He will ship it and let me know it is here. He called me to tell me he has it (three days later) and is sending it UPS today. Crazy. What would happen if Moto Guzzi assisted their dealers with training in assisting their customers to spend money? Oh My!
