Tuned and Synch'ed
Here on the West Coast of British Columbia (Canada) we can ride year round depending on where one lives (how far up in the mountains and how far from the ocean). Where I am it seldom gets below freezing or snows. I used to insure my bike from April to October to avoid the rainy season. It really rains here - think Seattle and add a few inches.
Now that I've retired I'm thinking about insuring year round. Unlike our confrères in Quebec we have no restrictions about when we can insure or license bikes. I get a cramp in my right wrist in about about mid February that lasts until I can start twisting it again in April.
