My B11 has been with me for two years. It had a badly fouled injector from long term storage, giving me problems, as posted elsewhere.
Still it stumbles on start-up, and though the t/b's balance nicely @ 3K rpm with air screws closed, I need to open the left air bypass screw 210 degrees for a perfect balance at idle (Twin max). This seems excessive, maybe indicating the injector is still somewhat fouled.
Just back from a 1700km trip. 5 L/100km/47 mpg US (w/ 02 optimizer). Seems perfect to me.
Just starting seems to indicate all is not quite well.
Other than injector cleaner, are there any options?

Per above, search for professional injector cleaning services (often diesel shops do them), or this place in SoCal is very good; RC Engineering in Torrance. They also sell new injectors pretty affordably.

We have diesel injection shop in town. Will go there tomorrow.
RC Engineering?? Sounds like Russ Collins, the drag racer from way back?
I'll keep you posted.

First response very promising. The injector fits their cleaning apparatus (ultrasound etc.), but we are on Island time here. Closed early today, not in tomorrow. Could take a few days, so bear with me. Palm trees would make this easier to take......

Just keep the good vibes going. My daughter was simply amazed at how much better her 135,000 mile 2000 MR2 ran after I pulled the injectors, had them tested by a specialist, then ultrasonic cleaned and retested.

I figure when my G11 hits 50,000 miles next year I'll get it's injectors cleaned.

Good news!
The shop, Named Action Fuel Injection, here on Vancouver Island, is a member of an international network called ADS (Assoc of diesel specialists). If you find one, they probably have the right machine.
New O-rings, and internal filter screens (last line of defense should your main filter break up internally). Cleaned and spray tested perfect.
His comment: "Best made injectors I have seen".
The bike starts immediately, is smoother on the road, more power especially at lower RPM. Very reasonable price too.

I have been a firm believer in running fuel stabilizer through the system prior to storage, and injector cleaner after storage. However, this bike had sat "left for dead" by a disgruntled owner for over two years before my (and the previous owner's) time. These two people will never consider a Guzzi again. Shame....
