Hello,

I will be picking up Bella, my new V7 Racer, this April and thought I would chime in and see if anyone has any advice or suggestions as to what I should keep an eye out for during our first summer together? I have already started picking up some bits and pieces, including some billet passenger pegs from Todd (thank you) for when the mood strikes my missus to go for a ride with. The billet pegs suit the bike perfectly and makes you wonder why Guzzi didn't think of this themselves!

However, if there are things of a more mechanical nature that I need to do before I even reach the 600 mile service, I'd appreciate being informed. I know some folks have had some issues with poor dealer PDI's, etc. I think I have found a pretty good dealer here in Sherbrooke at Rock Moto Sport. My Bella is a leftover 2014 and I couldn't be happier as I got an amazing deal on her in lieu of the new 2016 ABS/TC - 6th Speeds due out this year.

Ride Safe,

BSJ

(As you can see, I have a thing for redheads ;))

And the fun begins... thanks for sharing this with me. Will look into it immediately and have them change the VR before taking possession of the bike if its required!? I read the thread from beginning to end, if Todd comes up with a plug and play system I just might buy it myself and be done with the problem.
