800kms ago, i did the rellerisation, new oil motul 10w-60, set valve clearance to 0,10 and 0,15, using k&n filter and custom open muffler exhaust.

Last throttle balance ia done 2500km ago, i'm using the oem spurk plugs, factory ecu maps, and no tps reset.

This morning i filled the tank with 100octane petrol, did a bike wash and went to work. I did around 10-12 kms around town and let it rest for 4 hours. When i wanted to go home, i experienced the following:

1. Starting the bike, it idles at 1150 for few sec, than dropping to 800.
2. If i rev at neutral, it goes to 2000 than back to 800, and few times engine shuts down.
3. If i put it in 1st gear, it requires much more revs to run.
4. If i try riding, even at full throttle, the bike runs 10kms/h and no power at all.
5. Maybe i am paranoic, butni think right side is a bit noisier and i smell some petrol..

Any suggestion?

You washed it. Water probably got to where it shouldn't be. Start by removing connectors and drying them out, especially the injector electrical connections. A good contact cleaner, or even WD 40 ( it was made to displace water) should work. Carefully check the connectors at the ECU. The location of the ECU on the Griso is very susceptible to water intrusion. I've seen ECUs ruined from that.

BTW, no one should ever use any power wash type of equipment such as found as car washes to wash a motorcycle. It can push water where it can do damage.

After i washed it, i ride the bike for 5km, than 3hour break, and than ride it another 6-7km. After the second break of few hours, this occured. But thanks, i'll check the connectors and the Ecu itself.

Second possibility is the fuel filter if it hasn't been replaced by an all metal fuel filter, or a partial rupture of a fuel line reducing fuel pressure.

Are there any warning lights on the dash?
It sounds like it is in some sort of limp mode.
I do agree about keeping power washers away from motorcycles.

Solved! Plug wire on left cilinder was damaged, tighly pressed by ug cover and rocker cover.

Using car plug and wire meanwhile, order upgrade caps and wire for both sides!
