V85TT Registry and pic thread

Hello all, been around the site off and on and really getting some good info that has been shared. I use my V85TT for all round riding, highway, double track, some single track, forestry roads and lots of gravel roads travel. I also use this bike for work on days that the weather is nice and no snow on the ground ( so i get 6 or so months of ride time). A couple of pictures of the places i have taken this "gentleman" off road bike.

My GDN no 894. I traded in my Ducati Multistrada 950S for her in November 2023. That was a great bike, but I've had a knee replacement & subsequently found the Ducati uncomfortable over distance. I've owned over 40 bikes over the last 55 years and taken many of them over the mountain passes of the Alps, Pyrenees & Picos over the last 30 years or so. My GDN will be going this year. If the weather behaves itself probably to the balcony roads in the Vercors region of France. I'm really impressed with the Guzzi. It's very comfortable and handles beautifully. It's not as powerful as the Multistrada, but has enough torque and speed for real word biking and the fit & finish is exceptional.
best wishes to all & I hope to see you on the roads as we travel about.

Helped daughter move to Utah in spring of '22, had looked at these for a while , so decided to buy one at a dealer closest to her, which turned out to be in Idaho. Like most purchasers at that time, no ETA on the panniers or top box. As seen in these pics had a Givi box I had used previously on my old R1200RT. Rode it around Utah for a while then went to see my brother in Montana so I could get miles in for first service before I headed back to Atlanta(my home town). Thankfully dealer had received a few panniers so got those installed at first service. First photo shows new bike at the Monte Christo Scenic Overlook on HWY 39 in Utah. 2nd pic shows bike at a little used roadside picnic area by Tomichi Creek in Colorado, set up for and on my ride home. By the way the star on the panniers is a homage to the Stellone d'Italia (great star of Italy) . Hopefully back out that way this summer or fall if life allows. Congrats to all who have bought a V85TT in any guise. I really like mine. Did take out the bumpers to lower the seat, added the lower front fender, screen topper, and a custom rubber splash guard attached to the license plate bracket.

Been looking at getting a V85TT for a year or 2 now and when my local dealer put the 2022 models on sale for a greatly reduced price I couldn't resist and picked one up in my favorite color scheme. It's my first Guzzi and have had it about 3 weeks now and only have 1000km or so but am loving it so far. Have some longer trips on it planned for the summer with @tobinh . Will probably wait until next spring to do all the GTM fueling mods/exhaust so I can make sure the bike is sound while its under warranty. Looking forward to future adventures!
