Weekly Meets?

Yes, the La Canada Shell at the foot of Angeles Crest. Looking forward to meeting you. I'll be on a red 2-valve Norge-this time.

It was really nice to meet you today, Paul. It was a nice group we had for the ride, and we'll probably do it again next week.

+1 on that, Paul! I'll be ready for next week too. Got something new today

Thanks Mike! I really enjoyed meeting and riding you guys... you're all great riders! I am not going to be able to make these weekday rides on a regular basis, but I hope to join you guys again sometime soon.

Is it something for that beautiful Cafe Sport, or is it a new bike altogether??

My wife is coming back the 21st from New England. If she's getting back late enough I can make it Wednesday at 9:30. But I gotta make sure when she's coming in.

Mike, we saying that this is a regular thing, every Wednesday at 9:30 at the Shell? Or that there will likely be a ride somewhere sometime someday most every week, details to be determined?

Congrats on the new wheels. Should be perfect for GMR. I can't make this Tues-or Wed for that matter.

Bob, I'm kind of busy on Wednesday, and right now I'm hoping to log enough miles on the new bike in order to get the first service over with by this weekend. Also, I'm boning up on chain maintenance

Still, if anyone's interested in toddling up San Gabriel Cyn for a snack in Crystal Lake (or up GMR to Baldy Village), lemme know today. I'm still doing break-in and can't really wick it up...

Wish I could, Mike, but my wife is in for surgery today and I'll be involved for the next few days. Next week will be good for me, though. BTW, just got a new pipe for the ST3-R.

Mike, my best wishes to your wife for an uneventful surgery that brings the desired results. And I can't wait to hear the new pipe -- should I wear super-quiet earplugs? ;)

And Bare, I'm thinking that 9:30 would do me ok; what about you? If it's a little later, that's ok. Just give me a heads-up. Take the Azusa exit off I-210; there's a Shell station just north of the freeway overpass, on the east side of Azusa Cyn Rd. We'd start with an easy ride up to Crystal Lake, then down to East Fork and over past Camp Williams and then up some tighter stuff to GMR/GRR. If we're too worn out to do the Glendora roads to Baldy, we can just head down GRR and then to the 210.

9:30 at the station. See you there. I'm open for Baldy and back to GMR.
No new pipe yet, so it's pretty quiet. I did get a rear fender eliminator that showed up today, but it'll be a couple of days before it gets put on. Gotta get a taillight, but the source s closed today.
The surgery got postponed again. She's in New Hamster for a funeral. Supposed to be back Wednesday, but I'm not sure when. If it's late enough, I'll probably the Nuke em's run, but I've still gotta work that one out.
Ciao.
Bare
